Our founder Juliette, took the stage at the London Investor Show 2024, delivering a compelling presentation on ArtSustainability, and then contributing as a panellist on her experience in sustainability across art and other sectors. The event offered a unique platform to showcase ArtSustainability’s role in helping an important industry contribute to decarbonising the planet - both in its own practices as well as its ability to educate and inspire.

As a panellist in the session on Sustainable Investing and Opportunities for Decarbonisation Across Sectors, Juliette explored the intersection of art, sustainability, and investing. Topics included the art world’s commitment to climate action, steps toward that goal, and art’s transformative power to inspire environmental awareness and catalyse meaningful change. Juliette underscored the importance of sustainable investment, how one might approach the space, and compared the art world with other sectors looking to decarbonise. The lively discussion included innovative ways to support decarbonisation efforts across the art world and its intersection with associated industries, such as shipping and packaging materials.
